Ankeny Christian Child Care partners with several organizations to enhance the quality of our programming. Participation in the State of Iowa’s child care quality initiatives is completely voluntary, and we choose to engage in these programs because they strengthen the care we provide.

We work closely with State of Iowa consultants who offer assessments, feedback, and additional training beyond the basic Health and Human Services licensing requirements. These partnerships help ensure that our center consistently implements high‑quality practices that support children’s growth, safety, and development.
Partnership With Ankeny Christian Church
Ankeny Christian Church supports our mission to provide high‑quality Christian child care to the Ankeny community. Their partnership strengthens our program through access to Christian curriculum, teacher support, and opportunities for community connection.

Members of Ankeny Christian Church also volunteer in our classrooms, sharing Christian ministry through songs, prayers, stories, and relationship‑building. These volunteers enhance learning experiences but do not provide daily care. Many families who attend Ankeny Christian Church also choose Ankeny Christian Child Care—though church membership is never required.

Church Involvement & Family Opportunities
Ankeny Christian Church offers children’s programming during church services, and our families are always welcome to attend. Families are also invited to participate in social events hosted by both the church and our center, helping build a strong sense of community and connection.
