What Learning Looks Like in Our Two‑Year‑Old Room

We create a warm, playful environment where toddlers can explore, imagine, and grow at their own pace. Each day includes a mix of familiar routines and hands‑on learning experiences.

Our program gently reinforces:

Colors and shapes/Days of the week
Counting and ABCs
Body parts and simple vocabulary

Cognitive and fine‑motor skills grow through:

Shape sorters
Blocks and puzzles
Stringing beads
Simple matching and sorting games

Imagination comes alive with:

Dramatic play areas for role‑playing
Pretend kitchens, dress‑up, and themed play spaces

We also offer a variety of enriching activities:

Large‑motor play (running, climbing, jumping)

Story time and early literacy moments

Growing Together at Two Years Old

Two‑year‑olds are busy discovering their world—and each other. Around this age, play begins to shift from simple side‑by‑side play to noticing and interacting with friends. This is when the earliest social skills start to bloom.

At this stage, children begin to:

Play with peers instead of just near them, practice sharing and taking turns, and build self-control/early manners

Toilet Training Support

Toilet training becomes a big part of life at this age. We respect your family’s preferences and work closely with you to create a consistent, encouraging routine that helps your child feel confident and successful.
